This morning David Speicher has left for Haiti. This trip will be a short and serves as a restocking for the school and church as well as delivering some much needed medical supplies to the clinic. The school and church remain open to serve any and all of those in need and as such have exhausted their supplies. The clinic is serving such a large area due to the destruction of other hospitals that they too have exhausted their supplies.
The road to Cayes-Jacmel will not be an easy one and we ask for your prayers for a safe trip for David and this team. They will be flying in with the supplies to the Dominican Republic and then travel by vehicle across the Dominican Republic and Haiti. They do not expect to reach Cayes-Jacmel until late Tuesday.
Today, your donations are having a life saving impact on the people of this region and will continue to though out this disaster and for the years to come. I encourage you to pray about giving to this ministry or for those who have already given to continue to support this ministry.
Haiti Gospel Ministries will be partnering with wingandaprayer and are planning routine trips to Haiti at this most critical time. These trips will serve to bring in supplies and the needed relief aid.
Check back daily for a complete update from David.
